Centre Director

My name is Angelica and I am the Centre Director of Little Stars Early Education Centre.

I commit being a positive role model to the wider community that enables children, families and educators to be confident and empowered learners. I commit to continuous learning that builds on my knowledge to our First nation Peoples, the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung community, and I will share my knowledge to the little stars Community respectfully. My leadership pedagogy and philosophy is to promote a positive organisational culture that enables professional growth, collaborative learning, building an inclusive environment, as well as having a transparent style of leadership, supportive, have an open mind in a safe space. It is my responsibility to ensure each educator’s and teachers learning and professional needs are supported that enables a child and adult safe environment.

To ensure this happens I will support families, Educators and Teachers to enable them to have rich knowledge that supports their confidence, and abilities to teach our upcoming generation of children, that respectfully create a unique, happy and enjoyable environment for all.

I am the Assistant Centre Director of Little Stars Early Education Centre. I believe I am a dedicated advocate for children’s rights and wellbeing with a profound commitment to making a positive impact for children. As part of our commitment to excellence, my role is to accommodate all parents’ needs by ensuring that all administrative tasks are being carefully handled. My aim is to ensure that we can alleviate any potential stress or confusion for you, so you can focus entirely on your child’s experiences at our centre.
