Centre Director

My name is Angelica, and I am the Centre Director of Little Stars Early Education Centre.

I am committed to being a positive role model within the wider community, empowering children, families, and educators to become confident and capable learners. I am dedicated to continuous learning that strengthens my knowledge and understanding of our First Nations Peoples, particularly the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung community, and I will respectfully share this knowledge with the Little Stars community.

My leadership philosophy is centred on promoting a positive organisational culture that supports professional growth, collaborative learning, and an inclusive environment. I strive to lead with transparency, provide ongoing support, and foster an open-minded, safe, and respectful workplace where everyone feels valued and heard. It is my responsibility to ensure that the professional learning and development needs of every educator and teacher are supported, creating a safe and nurturing environment for both children and adults.

To achieve this, I will support families, educators, and teachers by providing opportunities to build rich knowledge, confidence, and the skills needed to educate and inspire the next generation of children. Together, we will create a respectful, inclusive, happy, and engaging environment where every member of our community can thrive.

I am the Assistant Centre Director of Little Stars Early Education Centre. I believe I am a dedicated advocate for children’s rights and wellbeing with a profound commitment to making a positive impact for children. As part of our commitment to excellence, my role is to accommodate all parents’ needs by ensuring that all administrative tasks are being carefully handled. My aim is to ensure that we can alleviate any potential stress or confusion for you, so you can focus entirely on your child’s experiences at our centre.
